String added in the repository
Defines a filter to collect strings from article texts in ticket detail view. The results will be used to perform a document search and the number of results per document type will be displayed in a meta box next to the article. A click on a result will open a new tab containing the search results in detail. This can be used to find occurrences of similar things (e.g. affected systems) in other documents in OTRS. “Label” is the displayed name of the filter. “Name” is an internal name and will not be displayed in the user interface. “Target” will define link’s target attribute, please use “_blank” for opening in a new tab. “DocumentSearchString” is a meta string to be used a search string, the tag <MATCH> will replace the content of the “RegExp” while <MATCH1> … <MATCHn> will replace the capturing groups. Set “ShowPreview” to 1 if you would like to see a preview of the search results when moving your mouse cursor above the link element. Set “ShowTotal” to 1 if a sum of all results should be shown. “LiteralSearch” enables or disables literal searching. If this key is set to 0, searching for “foo OR bar” will search for “foo” or “bar”. Activating literal search by setting the value to 1 will look for “foo OR bar”, literally. “RegExp” are regular expressions to match the current article. If done they are used as part of the “DocumentSearchString”. The “Active” key determines if the filter is considered by the configuration (value 1) or ignored (value 0).

Registration for AI Ticket Summary action. “Group” and “GroupRo” arrays can be used to restrict access to this menu item to members of specific groups with “rw” and “ro” permissions, respectively. “Name” and “Description” can be used to change the text of the menu item which is visible to the user. “Component” contains an internal name. “ClusterName” defines a heading for a group of actions. The action is assigned to this group. “ClusterPriority” defines the order of the menu entry for this action within the group. “Permission” is the required permission to use this action in the agent interface. “RequiredLock” defines if a ticket needs to be locked to the user performing this action and if the ticket is not locked yet, the ticket gets locked and the current agent will be set automatically as its owner. If set to “1” the lock is required and of set to “0” the lock is not required.
