None String added in the repository OTRS OTRS Hungarian	English Defines a filter to collect strings from article texts in ticket detail view. The results will be used to perform a generic interface web service request and the found elements will be listed while hovering. A click on a result will open the configured “URL”. This can be used to find occurrences of similar things (e.g. affected systems). “Label” is the displayed name of the filter. “Name” is an internal name and will not be displayed in the user interface. “Target” will define link’s target attribute, please use “_blank” for opening in a new tab. “WebService” and “Invoker” are the name of the web service and invoker to be triggered on hover. “Payload” holds the body parameters used in the request. The tag <MATCH> will replace the content of the “RegExp” while <MATCH1> … <MATCHn> will replace the capturing groups, This can be used in the “URL” and/or in the “Payload”. “RegExp” are regular expressions to match the current article. “Payload” can also contain “TicketID”, “ArticleID” or “TicketNumber” through the OTRS smart tags <OTRS_Ticket_TicketID>, <OTRS_Ticket_ArticleID> and <OTRS_Ticket_TicketNumber> respectively.
