Defines the default configuration for the configuration item list in the external interface. This is a BusinessObject configuration that allows column management similar to the ticket overview.

Attributes of configuration item classes can be shown in **separate columns**.

Example for showing one column for the ***specific configuration item class*** (ie. "*Computer*") having the attribute "*Vendor*":

The trailing “*::1*” is the occurrence number of the attribute and is required under “*Columns*”. Under
“*DefaultColumnOrder*” it may be left out: “*Computer::Vendor*” positions every occurrence of the attribute,
while “*Computer::Vendor::1*” positions only that one occurrence. Columns that “*DefaultColumnOrder*” does not
mention are appended at the end. The column header is prefixed with the configuration item class, so the
example above is shown as “*Computer: Vendor*”.

An attribute that may occur several times (“*CountMax*”) can have **sub attributes** of its own. Each
occurrence is addressed by its own number, and every level of the path needs one.

Example for a configuration item class “*Computer*” whose attribute “*Hard Disk*” may occur twice and has the
sub attribute “*Capacity*”:

The header shows the full attribute path, so both columns stay distinguishable and are shown as
“*Computer: Hard Disk 1 - Capacity*” and “*Computer: Hard Disk 2 - Capacity*”.

In addition attributes with the same name can be shown in **one single column** across multiple configuration item
classes by using the prefix “*Attribute::*” followed by the attribute name.

You can add inline JavaScript here that will be loaded only for authenticated CustomerUsers, after login, and removed again on logout. Use the marker @@OTRS_IDENTITY_TOKEN@@ anywhere in the script to have it replaced with a freshly minted identity token (see IdentityToken::Enabled) before the script runs.

While enabled, your out of office status and auto-reply message are synchronized from Microsoft Outlook, and any out of office times you enter manually are overwritten on every synchronization. Disable this to manage your out of office times manually.

When enabled, the MCP server allows tool and resource calls without a prior "initialize" call in the same request. Enable this for stateless clients (e.g. Claude Desktop) that call "tools/list" directly. Default: 1 (enabled).

Timeout in seconds for matching a single PostMaster filter regular expression against a mail. Protects mail fetching against admin-configured regular expressions that hang on certain mail content (e.g. catastrophic backtracking); a filter check that exceeds this timeout is treated as not matched and logged as an error, mail processing continues normally. Values below 1 are raised to 1, since a value of 0 would disable the guard entirely instead of shortening it.
